Do not rely on “management will investigate” — I have been hearing this for over a year
I am posting this review because I have spent over a year trying to get Harry Casino to properly address my complaint regarding account closure and self-exclusion. I directly contacted Harry Casino itself and asked for my account to be closed/self-excluded because of my gambling, and I have retained the emails and evidence showing those requests. My account was closed and my remaining balance was returned, yet I was subsequently able to access Harry Casino again, deposit substantial sums and gamble again. My question has always been very simple: why was I allowed to gamble with Harry Casino again after I had directly asked Harry itself to close/self-exclude me? I have repeatedly emailed, contacted support and attempted to escalate this, but I am still waiting for a substantive resolution. I also want to warn anyone reading Harry’s response to this review: if they reply saying “management will investigate,” “this has been escalated,” or “we will look into this,” please do not assume that means your issue will actually be resolved. Based on my own experience, I have been hearing variations of this for over a year and I am still waiting. Judge them by what actually happens afterwards, not simply by a reassuring public response. I have retained extensive evidence of my closure/self-exclusion requests, correspondence and subsequent transactions, and my bank has now provided tracing information concerning recent payments through Blcnce, Limassol, Cyprus, which were categorised as “BETTING, INCLUDING LOTTERY.” For clarity, I am not claiming these payments were unauthorised; I authorised them and accept responsibility for my own actions. My complaint is that I had directly asked Harry Casino to stop me gambling with them and I want an explanation for how I was subsequently able to do so again, together with a substantive decision on reimbursement of the losses incurred after that closure/self-exclusion. If Harry responds to this review, please do not simply tell me again that management will investigate — actually investigate my account history, answer the self-exclusion question and resolve the complaint. If Harry genuinely resolves this, I will update this review fairly to say so, but after more than a year, another promise to investigate is not a resolution.

Deposited a few times on this casino. All was well. Lost my money those times, which is normal for playing at a casino. Then they offered a 10 euro free bonus, managed to play it and clear the wager and i ended up with 95 euro. After clearing i saw they increased the minimum withdrawal tenfold. (20 to 200 euro). Just right before. Which made me unable to withdraw. They said, u can deposit over 100 euro and we can let u withdraw or u can play further. I'm not depositing a cent on a site that uses these predatory methods to suck the winnings out of their players. I tried to make it to 200,- so i could withdraw but without success. Do not deposit your money here. Scammers.

There are severe restrictions on withdrawals so be ready to jump through hoops and spend a lot of time with Harry-Casino support team if you want to get your money. Their T&C are tricky and convoluted. 23Cas.com don't resort to any manipulative schemes when it comes to money withdrawal. But Harry-Casino, just like many other betting platforms, works smoothly until it's time to cash out. That's when they come up with some excuse to either delay or reject the withdrawal. All in all, this online casino is unreliable. My experience was stressful even though I won €150 on first win when I placed a bet with some bonus. But they totally ruined the first good impression by delaying my withdrawal for half a year!

Shocking company, Haven't got a gambling lisence and will do every trick in the book to not pay out, ask for rediculous amounts of personal information to stall the payout but very happy to take your money /deposits. Please do not use unless you want to get scammed
