Dear Hashmart Support Team,
Dear Hashmart Support Team, I am writing to request assistance with a withdrawal issue on my account I am trying to withdraw my current balance of 0.00874906 BTC. However, the system is not allowing me to proceed, stating that I have not reached the 0.01 BTC minimum withdrawal limit. According to your Terms and Conditions, the minimum withdrawal limit of 0.01 BTC is required unless it is the end of a 12-month contract. All of my mining contracts have completely expired, with the most recent one having expired back in April 2025. Since my contracts have ended and we are now well beyond the 12-month period, I should be eligible to withdraw my remaining balance regardless of the 0.01 BTC threshold, as per your T&C. Could you please fix this system error or manually process the withdrawal of my remaining balance to my wallet? I have attached a screenshot of my dashboard for your reference. I look forward to your prompt resolution of this matter.

I have had six BTC and ETH mining contracts with hashmart.io, the minimum for withdrawals is insulting, I waited for the last contract to finish its time to make a withdrawal, but it never arrived. I did it on December 25, 2024. I spoke to them and they told me it was being processed, it's a lie... Financial transactions BTC 0.00497444 They will have to be reported... —------------------------------------------- 14.04.2025 reply 4you : I contacted customer service on January 9, 2025, and on two other occasions using my username, but nothing has been resolved. The withdrawal amount is minimal: 0.00497444. Please handle it, or I'll have to report you and give you the publicity you deserve.
