Ordered a 32" Chau Gong on June 9th
Ordered a 32" Chau Gong on June 9th. It finally came (August 13th). I recieved some of the free gifts first. You just have to be very patient and know the customer service doesn't really exist past fulfilling orders, and shipping is very slow and tracking rarely gets updated. So, think 2 month wait time. I had a dispute with my CC company but retracted it since receiving my Gong. The Gong itself is incredible quality and sounds awesome. So if you order from this site, know it's a long wait to the point you're going to think the company is fraudulent.

drum not sent and broken email address
I ordered a drum form healing sounds. 3 weeks later I could see from the tracking page that it hasn't even been shipped yet. I tried to email the address they provide on their site, but the email failed to deliver due to a "server misconfiguration" Would avoid

I strongly recommend staying away from this store. Paid for my order—nothing was shipped or delivered I placed and paid for an order with Healing Sounds for +$600, but the merchant never shipped or attempted to deliver any of the items. I did not receive active tracking information or a satisfactory resolution despite contacting customer service, which is extremely poor. They also refused to provide a refund, and indicate to keep checking the shipping info, after almost 2 months, they have no intention to ship anything, and in any case, after such a long period of time I not longer need the items anymore. The merchant's website stated that processing would take 1–3 business days and delivery 3–12 business days on June 10, 2026 and after following up there has been not attempt to ship anything at any time. This has been one of the worst and most frustrating online shopping and customer-service experiences I have ever had. Taking payment without shipping the merchandise or promptly resolving the issue made this transaction feel potentially fraudulent. Buyer beware, I suspect fraud and this felt like a scam.

I wanted a 36" gong. I found it here. Took a while for it to get delivered but worth the wait!! I have it hanging from my tree branch!!!

They are wonderful
I'll admit, I was very worried about ordering crystal singing bowls online. I shouldn't have. They showed up packed very well. Each one was in pristine condition and the sound is wonderful, clear, and pure. Thank you healing sounds.
