a clear step up from foam
Better than the foam ones I used before. These don’t make people’s voices disappear and that makes a big difference.

I got tired of disposable earplugs…
I got tired of disposable earplugs leaving small pieces of foam behind. Some pairs also made my ears feel sticky or uncomfortable after a full night. These reusable earplugs are much cleaner and easier to look after. I simply wipe them down, and they are ready to use again the next evening.

My earplugs arrived before the final estimated date and looked amazing. The box was packed securely so nothing moved or rattled inside.

Excellent product and customer service
The day I have made my order, a bug happen. I want a bundle including one black 20db and one sienna dust 25db, but my order shows two black 20db instead and I cannot change it online. I reach the customer service and as my order is already process, I have to wait till the reception to make arrangement for the exchange. When I receive the two black 20db, I reach the customer service again, and with the help of the lovely Kylene, I receive not one but two sienna dust 25db as a complimentary gift and I also keep the two black 20db. I'm so grateful, thank you. After using it at a couple of show, here's my thoughts: when I'm not near the stage, the 20 db work very well but in the first row, the 25db do it better and really save my ears. The sound is loud but not hurting and I can hear the live music more clearly. I only regret not have bought this product earlier cause I easily saw ten shows only this year without earing protection and five with it, and it make a huge difference. I really love it. I'm looking now for the sidesleeper Hears.

I have never liked the cheap disposable…
I have never liked the cheap disposable feeling of foam earplugs. These arrived in tidy packaging and looked much nicer than I expected. They feel more thoughtfully designed and are easy to keep beside my bed. Because they are always within reach, using them has naturally become part of my evening routine.
