The staff members are really nice and…
The staff members are really nice and because I have allergies they do they’re best to avoid cross contamination I do recommend to get the croffle bites they’re amazing I really like this place it feels amazing especially the atmosphere

Excellent service at the Wolverhampton…
Excellent service at the Wolverhampton dessert shop. The ladies made an excellent Brunch and dessert to finish. We will be going there again very soon. Well done.xx

Popped in before Bruno Mars Concert Bad Experience
Popped in before Bruno Mars Concert, at 1st loved the ordering pad, but Ice Cream Pots have no size details and when they came x3 they were extremely large, other item ordered came later, not at the same time, when I mentioned the sizes, he said " Eat it slowly" Nice suggestion! It did work out cheaper than the scoops, but not if you leave most of it........ the scoops you have to add to basket, abd then choose the flavour, very confusing system, if clearer we would have ordered scoops.. Bathroom, no toilet paper, over flowing toilets, pretty bad.. £40 plus tip, you pay 1st on the order pad, bad idea

This was supposed to be a special treat…
This was supposed to be a special treat for my family, but it turned into one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had. We waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for our desserts. There were 7 of us, yet our orders came out one by one, around 10–15 minutes apart. To make matters worse, they completely forgot two of our orders. We had to go back to the counter ourselves to ask where they were, only to be asked, “What was your order?” That says everything about how disorganised the service was. When the food finally arrived, some of it was cold, some was overcooked, and some of the items were wrong. I was also overcharged by £2, with no explanation. We also had three children with us, and even they were complaining about the long wait. Children rarely complain when they’re at a dessert restaurant because they’re usually excited to be there. The fact that they became frustrated says a lot about how poor the experience was. The restaurant itself was extremely uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning or fans, making the place unbearably hot and stuffy. It felt like a health and safety concern, especially with so many customers inside. The service was chaotic from start to finish. It even took around 30 minutes just to place our order. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and the team seemed overwhelmed, unorganised, and lacking direction. Management seriously needs to address these issues. Better staffing, improved organisation, and proper customer service are essential. If this is the standard of service, I can’t see customers returning. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dessert experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend Heavenly Desserts based on my visit.

Super Slow Service
Wembley branch super slow service 25 minutes for our drinks to arrive, deserts served before the mains, customers demanding refunds as had to leave because band was about to come . Only 1 guy sorting out the food today overrun and restaurant not even full. Food ok ice cream sorbet lovely, Crepes not fun as had to eat first before my chicken. ordered and paid at the table before with a 10% tip, this is why you should pay after your meal.
