Landed a bonus feature on a game which turned out to be a really good one! It had an increasing multiplier so the last 1, 2 or 3 spins on this game could be huge wins! The game crashed at this point and took me back to the homepage, which I have had happen before but it would always continue in the feature once you reloaded the game it was . But guess what... the rest of the feature was gone and just to rub salt into the wounds the balance was also gone!? At that point before the feature crashed the winnings were already over 2k! And these last 2 maybe 3 spins i had remaining in the feature were going to be huge! Obviously I was i seriously panicking at this point but i still thought they would atleast give me the funds I'd already won to that point in the feature. But get this even the spin history for this one particular winning feature were gone!?? They said I should have taken pictures or screenshots at the time of the issue, which it wouldn't even allow you to do and because the game crashed and threw me out it would have been impossible to do so even if it did let you screenshot it! That was the point where I knew this site was curropt and they didn't even try to hide it! Unbelievable scam and this roughly a week before the site completely shut down and was gone without a trace. Like wtf could I have even tried to do when the spin history for that one winning feature was also gone? I've never known any site to be that blatant about defrauding. Anyway onwards and upwards. 🤬

They say 21 working days for the withdraw to come it went over the 21 working days and no help from them. Scam artists

If I could give zero I would. They will process your first withdrawal and then you start getting fobbed off and given the 21 days timeframe, after being able to withdraw your first payment in 24 hours previously My main issue is they took a payment 3 times meaning I have had £600 stolen. They told me they have cancelled the payments and it will take 21 days for the payment to be seen in my account. But here we are day 21 and surprise there is no sign of my stolen money and the bank can not see any cancelled payments. They have also stopped my chat function so I can’t speak to anyone, sent numerous emails to no reply. Please avoid at all costs and save your money for something a lot more worthwhile!!
