Unsafe environment and disappointment
Booked accommodation through this property management company Helloguest, notified them on arrival that we were unhappy with the safety of the environment and the misleading description of the property. Once entering the property we immediately let them know that we had several concerns with things not working, we took pictures, and still they did nothing to help us. We decided to actually leave the property a day early and when we requested even a part refund they have completely refused.

An Absolutely Wonderful Stay!
We had a fantastic experience staying at this property! Everything lived up to our expectations. The property looked exactly like the photos and it was clean and tidy. The neighborhood was ideal, making it easy to explore and get around. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a seamless and comfortable stay. We would gladly return!

terrible terrible management
Following on from numerous property owners saying the same: Terrible, terrible, terrible management company please avoid at all costs. Used them for our property whilst abroad and very poor communication, first 3 star reviews (which according to their rating system means a grave error), failed to arrange chnageover leaving us significantly out of pocket, charged extra per clean until pointed out, cannot help with maintenance (which is impossible from abroad and caused real issues) and did 'not accept' there many communication errors meant we were within our rights to terminate. And are still attempting to maintain management rights for upcoming bookings until next year (or have us face cancellation fees) rather than allowing us to simply switch to someone who will look after and know our house. They refuse to call us or engage and keep sending AI generated slop emails to try and maintain their rights to as much money as possible. Horrible, horrible company.

Beautiful apartment in snetisham
Haven Bright coastal Retreat Beautiful apartment in snetisham Well maintained. Every thing you needed. Lovely bedding and towels. Very well equipped. Close to The Rose and Crown . Excellent food served. Fresh cooked children’s food too .

Comfortable Flat in Wrexham
Veronica’s place was a comfortable place for our family of four to stay during our trip to Wrexham. The home was an easy walk from downtown and the stadium. We did not make use of the kitchen while we were there but it looked well appointed to cook a few meals. We were appreciative of the washer/dryer and the detergent sheets that were there. There were plenty of towels and linens for everyone, including the ones for the pull out couch. The neighbor was so kind and lovely to chat with as well. We really enjoyed our time in Wrexham and at Veronica’s place!
