Great product
While I think this is a great product, I had a hard time downloading the app. I had to phone for help, which I got quite easily. I rather think, though, that the Herz P1 is more suited to the younger, more technologically adept crowd. I hope that my 2 sons and my grandson will get more out of the ones I bought for them than I expect to get out of mine. I don't really understand the data it provides.

Just what I needed
The device I purchased is working well. It is solid, and provides accurate reading. Shipping and notifications were excellent. Quality company with quality products.

Good product.
The unit does all that it advertises. it is easy to use and has quick responses to blood pressure and heart- beat. I also bought the finger measurement for pressure and bpm, and it is quick and efficient .

Did not honor a warranty defective ring
After 9 months of wear the inside protective coating of the Herz P1 deteriorated and started to irritate my finger. After repeated attempts to get this reported and resolved under warranty, they replied after I called them and said this would be elevated to upper management. Well, the limited 2 year warranty is obviously false and they won’t honor a return for replacement, because it’s outside their 90 day return policy. They do have a limited 2 Yr manufacturer defect, but they are not honoring it. I like the functionality of the ring. Customer service via email is near non-existent. Only after a call, did I get flat out denied. Very disappointing support and service from them. Order number is order #194346
