Pleasantly surprised
My online prescription was rejected by a pharmacy in a small town in France. I asked Hi-Doctor for advice and they immediately refunded me the 25 euros consultation fee. Two days later I again tried the prescription in a big city pharmacy in Lyon, and it worked without problem ! I contacted Hi-Doctor with the good news and asked how I could re-pay the original amount that they had refunded ….. they said that the important thing was that I had received my medication and to forget the payment ! I was pleasantly surprised !!

Really efficient I had got a prescription then lost and went to reorder a new one. I located the original prescription and they refunded me straight away. Very fast turn around very helpful all round
