They never send the product, they did not return the money
I ordered a product through their website, which was supposed to arrive within less than a week. After a week, I contacted them and was told there was a stock issue and that I should wait another week. After waiting again, I contacted them and was once more told to wait another week. One week later, I asked for a refund because they had still not sent the product. Unfortunately, they have now stopped responding to my messages. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Keine Antwort auf e-Mail´s Ich habe Porto für DHL-Expres bezahlt, wird vom Anbiter nicht bearbeitet (DHL-Express Gutschrift beantragen), das die Mehrkosten erstattet werden, da es die 1-2 Werktage in Europa überstieg ist es ein normales Paket! Ich hoffe immernoch auf eine Antwort.

This webshop is not what it seems! They do not take return goods. Aftersales service does apparently not exist. My story: I had ordered an expensive electrical device (order 300000636), which I unfortunately specified wrongly and wanted to exchange for another unit. I have sent three mails and two phone calls, with no response at all. The website stresses that customers should not return goods without contacting the Hidraulicart first. As a result I'm now stuck with and expensive piece of kit, that I cannot use. The company has a website in Spain and Portugal.

Livraison rapide et tarifs compétitifs
J'ai acheté une pompe sur ce site portugais (il existe une version en français: hidraulicart.com) à un tarif moins élevé que sur d'autres sites et ai été livré en moins d'une semaine (6 jours). Très satisfait pour le moment, la pompe fonctionne comme prévu.

Répond rapidement aux questions avant achat. Une fois la commande passée, envoi très rapide. Il a fallu 2 jours pour recevoir ma pompe qui était conforme à la commande.
