AVOID AT ALL COSTS Further edit 29.08.26 Supplier replied to my review asking me to get in touch. I did 6 days ago and no response to the email they requested I send. This highlighted the time line and the multiple times I’ve contacted them to resolve this issue. My review remains 0 stars. Avoid. I would give zero stars if this was at all possible. Item ordered November 2025 as a Christmas present. Item delivered 30th December. Dissatisfied with quality so asked to return. Item had to be returned to China DESPITE all company info stating the NL. Return started on 17th January. I paid for a tracked courier service. Item sent to the address stated by customer services. Arrived in Chinese customs 13th February and was held waiting for Hike Adventure to provide further detail. Despite multiple emails, I never got more than "we are looking into it" TODAY 20TH AUGUST the item is delivered back to me in the original return packaging. Appalling waste of time and effort. Would not recommend, would not shop again and would suggest to avoid this retailer at all costs due to their mis-leading selling and return practices. Contact phone number not in service.

AVOID, DO NOT USE this website!!! Spent £180 on products that were of terrible quality, tried to return to which they gave me an address in China to send products back. Spent a further £67 returning the items and I am yet to receive a refund. Had a confirmation email from company to say products had arrived back and my refund would be processed…..I’m now 5 months down the line and no refund! I’ve wasted so much money, sent many emails back and forth and no luck at all. I can now see this is the way they work based on other reviews which I should have read before ordering.

No response from customer service
Shoes ordered and delivered on 26th June were too small. Despite 3 email requests over a number of weeks requesting return authorisation as per their refund and returns policy they did not reply. It is now 22nd July and the have not responded. I would not reccommend buying from this company. Their customer service was non existant in my case. I am about to request a chargeback through my credit card provider.

Atrocious service
I’ve been having issues getting a refund since the end of 2025 they email saying it’s being processed. They don’t reply to email on 30 June 2026 they replied to trust pilot saying to email and they would sort guess what now the 9th July and I’ve had no reply to my email. Please everyone don’t use this company it’s highly suspicious and totally unprofessional.

NEVER AGAIN! Goods arrived 4 weeks later Product too small - requested returns label Response quoting I can have 50% off my next purchase! Nice gesture but I still required a returns label not another purchase! Completely ignored my next 3 emails requesting returns label My husband then chased to which they responded that I could return but they would have to be returned to CHINA which would cost nearly as much as the goods and still no mention of a refund! Nowhere in their returns/refund policy does it state this fact! FELT COMPLETELY SCAMMED and dismayed that I had lost money I could not afford to lose:( Luckily I paid by credit card - my last option was to follow up with them They were amazing and received refund through my credit card company today:) Never left bad reviews for any company before but I would not wish anyone to experience these issues! Please be warned!
