They lie about delivery dates
Every time I place an order I am given an estimated delivery date of 1 week later, but every time without fail the order takes a week to process so on that “delivery date” they actually ship the food which takes an additional week, so I don’t end up getting my farms prescription food until 2 weeks after I purchase it. I was frustrated but ended up opting into the subscription plan to see if maybe it would be more efficient that way. Nope. They have just let me know they are finalizing my next order for my food that isn’t arriving until next week, and they will process the payment a week after it arrives (I am set up for renewal every 3 weeks). So basically I have to pay for this food 2 weeks before it arrives every time, and with the 3 week schedule that means I have to pay for the next one just a week after getting the current shipment. This is absolutely ridiculous that I need to be two weeks ahead of every shipment regardless of whether or not I’m scheduled for auto renewal. Just change the stupid name from “Delivery Date” to “Shipment Date” so you aren’t actively lying to your customers every time. I’m seriously going to ask the vet next appointment if I can get a different prescription for any other company.

I tried this and at first was great but…
I tried this and at first was great but the whole order process was too much trouble. Finances became a little tight this summer so I set the auto ship based on my wife’s bi weekly paycheck and they would charge my card 1 week before shipping. Of course my payment was declined if you charged it ahead of plan. So I go in to fix it and your password has to be so long I just end up putting forgot password every time I login my dog likes the food but I’ll pay the extra 13$ to order from the vet

Food has gone absolutely downhill
Food has gone absolutely downhill. My Dogs been on Z/D for over 5 years now. That means I’ve purchased over 1,500 tins. This year they changed manufacturer and the quality is so bad. We often refer to it as wet mud as that’s now the texture. The colour has changed as well. When I called they said maybe you’ve had a bad case… but months later every case I’ve ordered has been the same. We had a new hydrolysed food turn up from another brand yesterday and it’s like the Z/d of old… sorry but goodbye

2 ans et demi de hill's urinary pour finir avec une opération du aux calculs urinaires ( urétrostomie). Pour faire ça je lui aurait donné des croquettes bas de gamme. N'étant pas la seule dans la clinique véto a avoir eu le tour l'ASV a demander une participation qui à ete refusé . Je les utilisait aussi pour mes 3 chats... Je change donc tout le monde de marque
