He is the best Yoga teacher.
He is the best Yoga teacher. I recently completed the 200-Hour online Yoga Teacher Training at Himalaya Yoga,and it was a wonderful experience.The curriculum was well organised,and each teacher brought genuine expertise to their subjekt.My physical practice in both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga improved noticeably throughout the training. It was a comprehensive well rounded programme that delivered exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely choose this school again if I decide to continue further on my yoga teaching journey.

Gaurav is the best Yoga Teacher!
Gaurav is the best yoga teacher I've ever had. Yoga with him isn't just about exercises, it's about healing on all levels. I'm so grateful to know him and to have him as my teacher. Even though it's only Online Yoga, you can feel a very special Energy! 😊

Where Physical Practice Meets Spiritual and Mental Insight
I discovered Himalaya Yoga almost by chance and have now been practicing with Gaurav for several months. I’ve been meditating for over 20 years and have practiced yoga since my youth, and I can honestly say that Gaurav is one of the most competent and professional yoga teachers I’ve ever worked with. He combines a remarkably broad and deep knowledge of yoga techniques with an exceptional ability to teach them clearly and with precision. You can feel that he has received extensive training himself and understands the true roots of yoga. I especially appreciate how he connects the physical practice to the mental-spiritual dimension, it adds depth and meaning to every session. Whether live or online, classes with Gaurav are a highlight of my week. I can wholeheartedly recommend Himalaya Yoga and Gaurav as a teacher.

Finding Balance and Calm Through Yoga with Gaurav
I really enjoy the yoga sessions with Gaurav. During the sessions, he helps me perform the exercises correctly and supports me in improving my flexibility. Practicing yoga with Gaurav gives me a deep sense of calm and helps me feel balanced and centered within myself. I am very much looking forward to practicing with him again ☺️🫶
