★☆☆☆☆ UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE – AVOID THIS COMPANY I purchased a very expensive marble table from hipnosnictehome.com in October 2024, with a promised delivery by January 2025. Almost a year later, I still haven’t received the tabletop — only the base was delivered. Since then, I’ve been fed nothing but excuses, delays, and empty promises. I have spent an unbelievable amount of hours to speak with the company and their external logistic company and I even found my own external company to pick up the table top but months afterwards they do not even know where their external logistic company is keeping the table top we have paid thousands of Euros for. They have given me the name of their external logistic partner to try and find it out! Except for all these, I have also paid for part if the transfer of the table bottom to our location, despite clearly having a door to door delivery. This is not just unprofessional — it’s outrageous. For a company dealing in luxury furniture, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I strongly warn anyone considering a purchase to stay away. Based on my experience, you risk losing your money and your patience.

Me llamó la atención la página tan bonita que tienen y la facilidad de pago (Paypal, pago con Scalapay a 3 meses, etc) Hice un pedido de un banco para la entrada de mi casa y era muy bonita en la web, hasta ahí todo muy bien. Pasó casi dos meses desde la compra y no tuve ninguna informacion del pedido y me puse en contacto con ellos. Al final me ha llegado a los 4 meses y la verdad el producto es muy bonito. Lo unico que estos productos se fabrican y vienen de China asi que puede haber cierto riesgo durante la travesía. Saludos.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Ordered 1 dressing gown and it took 3 months to arrive because it was ‘in production’. When it arrived it looked nothing like the photos. Now they are completely ignoring my emails. Avoid at all costs

Product not as described and took three months to arrive. When emailed company about refund as item was not of quality or as pictured, the response was slow and the tactic is to give a run around. Avoid and save your money.

COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! Spent £80 on an item and never received anything, messaged on instagram and they lied to me, it’s been 3 months and haven’t received anything
