good experience
Unlike the experiences mentioned here, my experience has been very good. While the supplier didn't ship the purchased product in record time, I still received the ordered goods quite quickly. I bought PIAA Superior Bass Horns (330/400 Hz). I ordered them on July 17th of this year and received them on August 4th. I should mention that I am from Slovenia, which isn't exactly close to the supplier. After deciding how to install them in the vehicle—a process that took some time—I naturally tested them out, and I must say I am very satisfied. I would like to sincerely thank the supplier for their professional service and for the well-packaged product. So, I can actually recommend the seller

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Seit der Bestellung eines FM-Expanders und der Bestellbestätigung tut sich nichts. Auf eine E-Mail wird nicht reagiert. Ganz schlechter Service. Scam....

Very disappointing experience
I definitely cannot recommend this company. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I ordered three PIAA wiper blades for my Suzuki Jimny. After placing the order, I received no updates for several weeks. The shop’s customer service did not respond to any of my messages. Eventually, I managed to find a phone number for the company online, and it seemed to be the owner’s number. After a short phone call, the wipers were finally shipped. However, when I received the package, I discovered that only two of the three wiper blades I had ordered were inside. I contacted the company again through their website, but once again there was no response. I then tried calling the same phone number as before, only to find that my number had apparently been blocked. Based on my experience, buying from this company feels more like taking a gamble or SCAM than dealing with a reliable business. The lack of communication, incomplete order, and inability to resolve the issue are simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and not risk their money.

Absolutely avoid this store
I received no response to any of my attempts to contact them by email, chat, or the website form. Two weeks after ordering, they finally sent a tracking number, but one week later it still could not be found on the Cyprus Post tracking page, showing “no such number.” There is also no Google Maps listing for the business, and the address shown on the website cannot be found on Maps. Because of this, I contacted my bank to request a chargeback. I would not recommend this store.
