Richard and the team at Homeland were so helpful and supportive throughout our worst nightmare. They kept in touch with all the arrangements and transported our dad back home to the UK, even providing his flight details so that we could track his flight (which my dad would have loved, as he loved an app!).

Claire and her team recently…
Claire and her team recently repatriated my dad from Portugal. Claire communicated with us regularly and was so supportive and really helped us by explaining every step of the process. We will be forever grateful to Claire and her team for bringing dad home to us.

Exemplary Service from Homeland-International at our family member's cremation in Greece
A cremation abroad felt daunting but we need not have worried. Everything was taken care of so I didn't have to think about any aspect of the cremation which was much appreciated. It was a traumatic time for all the family with the sudden death of our loved one, made more so as it was in Greece . The transportation of the body and the cremation itself was beautifully organised and the communication was good throughout to keep me informed about what was happening. All staff were respectful and courteous and clear in explaining procedures. The cremation exceeded all our expectations - it was beautiful. A fitting farewell to our beloved family member. Homeland were exemplary in their service. They really helped make a difficult process much less painful and more bearable. Thank you to everyone involved.

Homeland International provided an exceptional level of care, compassion, and professionalism during one of the most difficult times imaginable. From the very first contact, their team handled every detail with sensitivity and precision, ensuring that our father was treated with the utmost respect and dignity throughout the entire repatriation process. A very special mention must go to Claire, whose leadership and dedication went far beyond what anyone could expect. She coordinated every step with care and determination, even sending her team into one of the most dangerous parts of Thailand to make sure our dad could be brought home safely. Claire personally took over dealing with all the embassy documents and formalities, removing that burden from us entirely. She kept us updated every single step of the way, morning or night, always making sure we knew what was happening and that everything was being handled with care and respect. Her commitment, compassion, and strength were extraordinary — she never once gave up, no matter how challenging the circumstances became. The team in Bangkok were seamless, working tirelessly and professionally to ensure everything was completed smoothly and efficiently. Their coordination and attention to detail were faultless, and it was clear they cared deeply about getting everything right. When our dad, arrived back at Heathrow, Phil and Steve were there to meet him, ensuring everything went smoothly and with dignity right to the very end. Their professionalism and kindness meant so much to us. Thanks to Homeland International and to Claire’s unwavering efforts, our family was able to bring our dad home with peace of mind and gratitude. Their service was not just professional; it was deeply human. Homeland International truly went above and beyond, and we will always be thankful for everything they did.
