The quality and the customization of the various wool items I’ve purchased over the past several years have all been outstanding. The prices are very fair for such good products and service. I am a happy customer and will continue to purchase from them.

Purchased two pillow cases and a sleep…

Purchased two pillow cases and a sleep mask. Package showed up torn and damaged on one side. The delivery driver, delivered the package to my wife and I believe delivered the package upside down to hide the damage. Company policy states that I I’m responsible if I accept a damaged package. This is not the companies fault but now I have spend hundreds of dollars and don’t have anything to show for it. Customer service stated their policy and that’s that. My fault overall.:Update, After reading the response I got from customer service after making this review, I feel like I was heard and responded to like the business cares. The situation is unfortunate but I now feel better about it.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a damaged parcel, especially after investing in a product made to last for years. Always inspect your package upon arrival and do not accept it if damaged. This way the package will be returned to us and we will make and send you a new one. If you accept a package that is damaged, we won’t be able to compensate you. While shipping damages are unfortunately outside of our direct control, we always want our customers to feel supported when something goes wrong. We raised this issue with FedEx as soon as we received your initial message. If we receive any compensation from their side, we will make sure to pass it on to you. Product: Ok. Very heavy, so hard to regularly turn, which is required with wool mattresses. You need 2 people to move it. Price: Overpriced. Purchased similar product from another brand made in USA. Same quality, half the price. Home of Wool say it's free delivery, but they include the delivery fee in their price, so it's not free. The price difference with competition is not due to higher quality or luxury, but just delivery fees hidden in the product price.

Regarding shipping, we'd like to clarify that our "Free Shipping" policy means exactly what many online retailers intend it to mean: the shipping cost is already included in the product price. We choose this approach so customers see the final price upfront, without unexpected charges appearing at checkout. Because every Home of Wool® mattress is handcrafted in our workshop in Bulgaria and shipped directly to customers around the world, international logistics are a significant part of our costs. In your case, the mattress was shipped to the United States via FedEx Express, which is one of the fastest and most expensive international shipping services available. Rather than adding this cost separately during checkout, we incorporate it into the product price to provide transparent, all-inclusive pricing. We fully understand that value is subjective, and different manufacturers have different pricing structures, production locations, and shipping models. We appreciate your feedback, and we're pleased that, despite your concerns about pricing, the mattress itself met your expectations in terms of quality. Regarding the weight, Home of wool® mattresses are naturally much heavier than other mattresses due to the density of the wool filling. Love the wool sleep mat

I purchased the wool sleep mat. I like to be down low on the floor when I sleep. I find it’s better for my back. I absolutely love the sleep mat. I can feel the support of the floor at the same time that I have some softness and protection underneath me. I love the feel of the wool underneath me because it’s soft and it also breathes.The mat is clearly handmade with care and attention to detail. I also purchased the carry bag with the strap which is very useful because at night I store the mat in its bag and I have also traveled with it. I highly recommend this sleep mat. It’s well worth the price.
