Mikael and Marlene are the best real estate agents I've ever encountered. They're more than just service-oriented; they're truly passionate about what they do. They always have an open ear for questions and concerns, always find solutions, and are consistently dedicated, motivated, and friendly! This applies to both buying and selling real estate. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No podemos estar más agradecidos con el trato recibido. La compra de una vivienda siempre genera muchas dudas y, en nuestro caso, pedimos una cantidad enorme de documentación y realizamos muchísimas consultas antes de dar el paso. En todo momento respondieron con rapidez, amabilidad y una paciencia admirable. Nos sentimos acompañados durante todo el proceso, con una comunicación clara y transparente que nos dio mucha confianza. A lo largo de mi vida he comprado y vendido varias propiedades, cuando conocí a Mikael y a Marlen no esperaba el grado de atención, compromiso y puntualidad que recibí, durante el proceso de venta, el día de la firma y hasta hoy que me entregaron la escritura de cancelación de la hipoteca. We met Mikael and Marlena in late 2024 when we were house hunting in Spain. I told my mother then that they were going to be our realtors. I just knew I could trust them completely. They started calling me in early 2025 with properties we might want, but we were not quite ready to leave the United States just yet. Then the dream house came into my email inbox. I forwarded it to them and said this was our house. Mikael realized instantly this house was quite different than what we looked at previously, but when we said our needs and our budget have changed, they ran with it. They walked through the house for us with a video phone call. They asked all the right questions of the seller. They protected us every step of the way. They got us the best lawyer, the best homeowners insurance broker, and the best repairman. We handled the whole transaction through them from the United States. Everything was done with speed and the utmost professionalism. When we finally arrived in Spain to take possession of our house, they met us with a bottle of champagne and a detailed walkthrough. When a few things in the home were not as discussed, they handled it swiftly and professionally. We could not have made this significant purchase from abroad without them as our trusted team in Spain. I highly recommend them!

Mikael and Marlene are specialists in their field who are willing to go the extra mile for their clients. They guide you through the entire home buying process. Viewings can even take place on weekends—ideal with a busy job—and they're always available for questions or further information. The guidance made purchasing our holiday home a wonderful experience.
