New Owners have COMPLETELY FIXED Things at HoodieLab!
I've ordered from HoodieLab under the FORMER owner, and I've also ordered from them under the NEW owners. Two very different experiences! The new owners are FANTASTIC!! Under the former ownership, it was soooooo slooooww. I expect things to take awhile coming from Sweden, no problem, I anticipated that; but under the old owner, it would take forever just to get the shirts produced and shipped (as in MONTHS sometimes). HOWEVER, ever since they took over, THE NEW OWNERS ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT!! As a matter of fact, I had an order I had placed under the former owner that was stuck in eternal limbo.. but the new owners took ownership of the former owner's sloppiness, communicated with me directly several times by email. Then they got my order produced and shipped right within a couple of days. This is NIGHT AND DAY from the experience under the former owner. This is how I expect a company to run. Now that's about the Company, and how things are running now. But what about the actual PRODUCT? I *LOVE LOVE LOVE* the product. This is why I was willing to put up with all the delays with the former owner and still ordered at least 5 times. I just figured "Order it, and I'll get it whenever it gets here," because I like the shirts that much. The art/designs are great, yes; but what got me besides that is the material. My HoodieLab t-shirts are the softest, most comfortable t-shirts I own. I've gotten them for myself several times, as well as for gifts for family & friends . I will say that while I normally wear a Large, with Hoodie Lab, I wear an XL. That's the one product caveat I'll give. The bottom line is, it's always been GREAT PRODUCT, but with the new owners, now it's a GREAT COMPANY, and a SOLID CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE as well! Thank you for fixing this place, Tom & John!!!

Har lige modtaget min ordre fra…
Har lige modtaget min ordre fra hoodielab efter over en månedes ventetid, til trods for at de lovede at min ordre ville være i mine hænder senest 14 dage efter bestilling.. Men det går nok.. Noget som jeg dog syntes er helt godnat, er at de har ændret deres T-shirt s til et materiale som mest af alt minder om noget der er bestilt fra TEMU uden overhovedet at informere os kunder om ændringen.. Har i mere en 10 år altid bestilt mine t-shirts fra hoodielab, men den tid er ovre nu.. Kommer ALDRIG til at bestille fra hoodielab igen.

Good products, don't miss the delivery date though.
I have ordered several timesfrom this company, and most of the time the experience was good. However, my last experience was disastrous. My relatives had ordered a hoodie as a birthday present back in October 2025, due to arrive at our holiday residence. Due to a passing in the family, we had to return to our hometown across the country for a long period of time just before the order arrived. We got in touch with HoodieLab at that time to try and re arrange a delivery to the correct address in my hometown. They said they would wait for the order to be sent back to their depot to re-send it our way, which we agreed. We waited for news, asking every now and then up until January 2026, where we got told a new order had been sent on the way to my hometown address, with the same hoodie. We never received any tracking number, or parcel altogether. We sent several more messages to their support seeing as we had no news regarding the supposed new order sent our way. The only reply we've received is on June 2nd advising us that the company was going through ownership change and that the previous owner would fulfill the order by June 5th. Until then, I requested more information and updates/tracking orders or something on June 2nd, July 7th; July 30th and today, and up until now, I have no order or sight on a refund. I will change my review if somehow we get news and the issues get fixed, and my case is a bit specific as my previous three orders had no issues and the quality of the clothes themselves is good, but be wary.

3 semaines de délais ( déjà énorme) qui se transforment en 5 à 6 Aucun geste commercial Si vous êtes prêt à commander pour la saison d’après pourquoi pas, sinon je ne recommande pas

Order never arrived
I made an order back at the beginning of March and the short story is it's the end of July and it never arrived. I emailed constantly asking for updates and got no replies. The website was never updated and eventually I June I received an email from the new owners saying they had taken the company over and not to worry, the order would be delivered and they would improve everything. That was 7 weeks ago a it still never arrived and I was never refunded so I had to do a charge back with my bank. Even if this company was once great with some lovely high quality clothing it now not worth the headache and likelyhood than the product just won't show up.
