hoppa, your response shows a lack of respect for your customers You left 19 people including children and pensioners stranded with no transport and no one answering any calls you are a disgrace of a company we had to pay €230 for out own transport, you haven't reimbursed us for this you are hiding behind the excuse of (its not our policy to refund that amount) you will never understand the stress this has caused and this hung over us all holiday as we couldn't be sure that this disgraceful company would bring us on our return journey We want our full refund, we supplied receipts and screenshots of call logs for days trying to get in touch with your disgraceful company

Mostly good except even though I noted…
Mostly good except even though I noted that I had a child under 2 travelling with us there was no option to select a car seat and nor has that been passed onto the third party, pretty obvious a baby will need one, now having to arrange that separately with them, hopefully they can accommodate but would expect all to be sorted at point of booking.
