Hostico, the worst hosting in the last 15 years

A web hosting service in 2026, where downtime is over 600 minutes, that is, over 10 hours in a calendar year, I don't think it can be considered a provider that deserves more than 1*. 20-25 years ago there were such hosting services. The joke is that they commit to an uptime of 99.9. If you have such downtime, it really doesn't matter at all if you have high-performance servers or if the quality of the other services is very good because if the service is not accessible, so it cannot be used and on top of that with negative effects on the hosted websites, I consider such hosting to be JUNK. Update: Thanks for the answer. Any event can be explained, but the art of the job is to prevent such events. Others have succeeded! Service Level Agreement was NOT, is NOT and will NEVER be a solution for the inconveniences experienced by hundreds of users who did not have access to websites that were not online at the very moment they wanted to access information. With 5 - 10 EUR these unpleasant experiences are NOT repaired. Probably if your website has 10 visitors / day an uptime of 99.8 is not a problem. For everyone else it matters and cannot be redeemed. Everyone is free to decide whether the above figures are acceptable or not, but they have the right to know what they can expect, even if it is not pleasant for the provider!

5000 euro plătiți, server nefuncțional, suport inexistent

Experiență dezastruoasă cu Hostico. Am plătit peste 5000 de euro pentru un server și după mai bine de 24 de ore cPanel-ul tot nu este configurat. Nu putem lucra absolut deloc. Nimeni nu răspunde, nici office, nici suportul tehnic. SMTP-ul nu funcționează, iar la problemele cu baza de date nu primim niciun fel de ajutor. Tichetele sunt ignorate complet. Lipsă totală de profesionalism și de comunicare din partea echipei actuale. Sincer, suntem extrem de dezamăgiți și nu recomandăm Hostico nimănui care are nevoie de un serviciu serios.

Bună ziua, Colaborarea cu Hostico se desfășoară de peste 2 ani, perioadă în care suportul a fost oferit constant, prin toate canalele disponibile: telefon, chat și sistem de tichete. Pentru orice situație de natură tehnică sau comercială, solicitările trebuie transmise către departamentul corespunzător, pentru a putea fi analizate și soluționate în mod corect. În cazul în care, ulterior interacțiunii cu echipa noastră, considerați că problema nu a fost rezolvată, aveți posibilitatea de a vă exprima opinia în mod public.
