I honestly cannot be bothered to write a long essay on my experience with them. I'll keep it short. I started having issues early this year. PHP settings, amongst other things, were being changed without notifying me, causing my website to break. Support was weird, not like it used to be. I suspected something had changed at Hostpresto, but wasn't sure. I am currently having major issues with a slow website, and support has vanished. A week or so ago, I did get a few emails back, and some of the replies were basically saying; We're not interested, go and find another hosting company. I've read that they have been taken over, which makes complete sense as to why Hostpresto has become dreadful. After years with them, I am going elsewhere. They shouldn't be allowed to continue as a hosting company under new management. It's an absolute joke! Read these 1 star reviews, they are here for a reason.

HostPresto - Great Hosting!
HostPresto are always so good. I've been with them since they were EasyHosting and they have always been fantastic. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing hosting. They are there to help if anything goes wrong (or I should say if I have messed something up!). Also they are always so kind and patient, they don't make you feel stupid about the stuff that is probably easy to them.

I needed help setting up a new domain…
I needed help setting up a new domain register so that I could use it for my email. It took a bit of perseverance on the part of the support team, but they always responded quickly and were always respectful. It is now done and I am delighted!

Hostpresto support staff are absolutely…
Hostpresto support staff are absolutely spot . They are rapid, helpful and informative. If I submit a support ticket, any time of day or night, they're back with either a solution or a next step suggestion within ten to fifteen minutes. And when I discover the problem is either my fault or a very simple fix, they remain polite and patient! Hostpresto are such good value and so reliable. In every way: thank you!

Domain not renewed when set to AutoRenew
I struggle to understand how this hosting company gets such high reviews although I do know that in the past they have offered rewards to customers who give them 5 star reviews. There are so many issue with this company. The latest being that I stopped getting emails on my domain and when I filed a support ticket they said it was because the domain had not been renewed and was in the grace period. Upon checking I found that the domain was set to auto renew but clearly either their auto renew system does not work or they get another system to renew and the two are not synced. Upon checking I found 2 other domains set to auto renew in grace period. In the past I lost a domain to a Hong Kong betting company because Host Presto did not auto renew it despite it being set to auto renew Host Presto a company you just cannot trust
