Misleading listings and zero customer…
Misleading listings and zero customer support – Avoid this platform I had a terrible experience with a booking made through HotelTonight. The hotel I was sent to (Hôtel Saint Louis Jardin du Luxembourg) was a complete misrepresentation of the photos on their platform. I booked a room with a balcony and a view, but was given a dark, cramped space facing a dirty wall, with a shower positioned directly in front of the bed. When I contacted HotelTonight to report this, they showed absolutely no interest in holding their partner accountable. Instead of a refund for the clear misrepresentation, they offered me a small credit voucher for their own platform—which is useless to me, as I have deleted the app and will never use it again. HotelTonight fails to vet their partners or verify the accuracy of their listings. They are happy to take your money but offer no protection when the hotel fails to deliver what was promised. They are not interested in resolving issues; they are only interested in keeping your money within their system. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere. This platform does not stand behind its product or its customers.

Terrible experience. Do not use this service. Booked, got to hotel, never had booking. Paid twice for a one night stay.

It was horrible
It was horrible. We booked a trip for a long weekend drove an hour and 45 minutes. Spend the day at the beach had dinner then went to the hotel and they said they overbooked it and all hotel tonight will do was give us a $35 credit towards our next book. It was gonna be way too expensive to try and book another hotel because it was the Fourth of July weekend it’s ridiculous.

Generally have been great… BUT tonight…
Generally have been great… BUT tonight I arrived on a business trip with a confirmed reservation that I paid for, and there are NO rooms available. I’m currently on hold with their customer service people who are, it turns out, utterly clueless. TBD if I end up homeless tonight. I’m speaking with Ron at Hotel Tonight, he refuses to connect me to his manager and is making excuses. Offers a maximum credit of $75 for leaving me in a city with no hotel rooms. Awesome. Love this.

SCAM!! Fake rooms on the site
I booked a hotel and when I got there I was told there was no room available at all. The hotel said HT relocated me but I called and there had been nothing. I then spent over an hour with customer service to try to find an alternative, but they either were downgrades or did not fit my original pricing. HT offered a $50 credit as an apology. But when I asked for a full refund, they refused to include the $50 apology. They also wouldn’t let me speak to their manager. The site is a total scam, they waste people’s time, and they don’t care to make it right. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a travel site. Avoid avoid avoid!!
