3 layer necklass and bracelet 6/7mm fresh water pearl set
I bought a 3 layers necklase and bracelet set made of 6/7mm fresh water pearls for US$159. In couple of weeks I receiced a small box of 3 layer bracelet only and the size of the pearls is 3mm. I emailed them, no answer. Luckly the purchase was through PayPal. I lodged the case through PayPal. PayPal accepted the case and refunded the money immediately subject to the case outcome. House of Pearl (ZAFARI) accepted the return. 1- I returned the item to victorian address in Australia. Why they charge the payment in US$? 2- They sent me an email which they say that, "they do not accept the return of items which does not have quality contrl, but this time they will accep it. 3- They made me pay the return and never mentioned anything about the missing necklass. My advice: 1- Always buy through PayPal or alike application 2- Never use "House of Pearl or ZAFARY". They are the same company.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER…..
I never received my order so they can start with following the shipment to make sure it was received! I even paid extra insurance shipping and nobody responds to my inquiry except to say I need to take additional steps…..THAT IS NOT MY JOB. IT SHOULD BE HOUSE OF PEARLS. I GUESS NOBODY CARES FROM HOP OR YANWEN SHIPPING

Very very Bad
Very very Bad. I have tried calling them and contacting them via email also. They will not answer back at all. I spent so much time money. I got scammed. Did not like the product they sent and have been trying to get in touch with them. They will not answer at all. But they took my money
