Subject (Nếu gửi email/ticket): Urgent: Unjustified Permanent Suspension on Recently Renewed VPS (srv1749416.hstgr.cloud) Content: Hello Hostinger Team, I am writing to strongly protest the sudden and permanent suspension of my VPS: srv1749416.hstgr.cloud. Your AI assistant (Kodee) informed me that the account was permanently terminated due to a "resource" violation and stated that the decision is irreversible. I find this completely unacceptable for the following reasons: No Prior Notice/Warning: My VPS was suspended instantly without any prior warning, email notification, or time window to check and adjust the resource usage. Recently Renewed: I have recently renewed this service, paying in full trust of Hostinger's reliability. Terminating a newly paid service without a clear, human-reviewed reason feels like a scam. Vague Reason: Simply stating "resource violation" via an AI bot is not a professional or transparent explanation. I demand a human support agent to review my case immediately and provide: A clear and detailed explanation: What specific metrics (CPU, RAM, Network) triggered this? Please provide the exact logs. A resolution pathway: I need to know how to resolve this. At the very least, I request temporary access to the VPS to backup my critical data. If this is not handled properly by a human agent, I will take this matter to consumer review platforms like and public tech communities to warn others about this automated treatment. Looking forward to a prompt response from a real human support officer. Best regards,

Worst service i have ever seen my entire life my domain got suspended i got to know after 5 hours that too when i visited the store no email or anything from them worst shit ever

I Should Have Migrated My Sites to Hostinger Sooner
I was with another hosting company for 13 years. That company decided to drastically raise their pricing and didn't have a care in the world about the fact that I had been with them that long. I was willing to compromise and deal with the cost of inflation, but they went well beyond that. Since they wouldn't budge, I researched other hosting companies and decided to give Hostinger a try. I now have a cloud hosting account and a VPS at Hostinger for less than I was paying the other company *before* the price hike. HPanel is unique and took some getting used to because I've been a long-term WHM/CPanel guy, but after I got used to the UI, there are a lot of things I like better about it. I am not sure what some of the unhappy people have experienced with support, but for me, their documentation is great, they have an answerbot named Kodee that is pretty helpful, and if I do have to escalate to a human, they've been great 90% of the time. And at least part of the other 10% is probably just me not explaining an issue well enough. I've been with Hostinger for a couple of years now and plan to stay for the foreseeable future.
