Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Difficult to connect with the hp portal, very slow connection. Subscription payed, almost never used the service, once you stop paying the subscription is hard to reactivate the service, thir subscription portal is slow, expensive and inefficient. I don’t recommend it!

Drucker sind ja ohnehin etwas ganz…
Drucker sind ja ohnehin etwas ganz eigenes, aber HP ist einfach das SCHLECHTESTE was man sich vorstellen kann. Nichts geht ohne Internetverbindung (auch kopieren nicht!), nur mir Originalpatronen und wehe du versuchst eine Rechnung auf hpsmart.com zu erhalten. Nimm dir schonmal einen Tag frei. Nie wieder!

This is the most disgusting software…
This is the most disgusting software ever developed. My 4y old nephew would do a better job in developing software for a printer. Please see if the company can get sued for this because of the time and money loss you'll mostly likely experience. First I got the printer installed via HP smart app on my phone. Second I install HP smart on my computer. I follow the instructions exactly as supposed to, i'm not stupid (PhD, graduated c*m laude (apparently this is a word i may not use in this context)) and after that the whole damn printer just stops working. Had to work on it for hours to make it work again because simple things like a hard reset are not in the instructions. After that, I had to scan a file with 39 pages and the app crashes at 37 pages. Had to call in ChatGPT, find the map where the files are temporary stored, copy them, put them in a zipfile load them up to chatgpt to make 1 pdf file again and add the latest pages. Third, I had to login, make an account and had to login at least 20 times via different apps and websites, again and again. Why do you want my profile online to make me print? wtf. Just let me use the printer i bought. How incredibly sad it is to have to work with something like this. Let alone if you made this and published it without testing this shit. Its one of the most sad things i've encountered in my life to be honest. Its by far rocketscience. With Cowork, you can make a better product in a day, absolutely no coding needed.

Hrozné strašné nenávidím HP a všetko čo…
Hrozné strašné nenávidím HP a všetko čo s tým súvisí. Vyvinuli ste aplikáciu a všetko pre IT-čkárov a nie pre normálnych ľudí. Už niekoľko krát keď som potreboval skenovať som musel nainštalovať HP smart, ktorý aj tak nefunguje som zúfalý a verte, že už nikdy nekúpim zariadenie HP a dnes toto čo mám, skončí v smetiach.

Useless, pointless and a waste of time, better off connecting via a USB, how they can manage to have a pointless app is beyond me, i thought Canon were bad but HP take the #iss. Epson my first choice after this crud.
