HQ space and staff have been great. The space is quiet and clean with several office styles available.

Marqwell, the front desk associate greeted me warmly and had already opened the small meeting room for me. She cleaned the table for me, even though it was already clean. She walked back a guest I had misscheduled, she realized he didn’t match the names of the guests I was expecting! I had double booked two different clients for the same time slot. She stayed and assisted me rescheduling and walking the unexpected guest back out to the front. I could hear her trying to make small talk with the prospect as she directed him back out the front. I was surprised she stayed once she realized my mistake, but I was so glad she did because it helped me so much to have her there and help. A few minutes later, I heard her walking the expected guest back toward me by their chatter and laughter coming toward the small meeting room. Having prospects laugh with Marqwell is an excellent way to start my meetings! Bill Scott Scott and Associates of Texas,Inc.

A really great experience overall
A really great experience overall. The building is only a 10-minute walk from the tube station, making it very convenient to reach. The HQ receptionist welcomed me on time with a friendly smile and provided a professional service. My office was comfortable, well furnished, and had access to a lovely terrace where I was able to enjoy lunch in the sun. The shared spaces were clean, well maintained, and easy to access.

So far so good.
So far, so good. Front desk support is 100%. Still awaiting a maintenance person to take care of our office doorknob. Other than that, everything is going well.
