No trust anymore

HSBC was my favourite bank. It was truly a responsible and trustworthy bank. Not now. Credits don't appear in the account. The Hundreds pounds stealing from my account. I was shocked today. In my account was £18.55. £ 190.00 deposit never appeared in the total. Likewise refunds. Yesterday somebody transferred in my account it is not in the total. . Usually transaction s appear, but in second. My account should show £ 218 it shows £18. The world is going in the wrong direction. Dear Trust Pilot, I would like to continue my review. After writing text extraordinary thing happened. I received an email “ Your last on line transfer is £200.00” Which is lie. My last payment was £300 in my saving account. My account supposed to be amount £218.55. The thief trying to convince me I sent £200 after £300. No, the stolen £200 they sent my savings count to justify their criminal action and leaving in my account £18.55. HABC honorable bank no criminal should work in it and downgrade banks respectful name. There are many banks have to learn from HSBC responsibility, professionalism and honesty. Unfortunately some employees downgraded lovely bank name. I hope HSBC will find out them and get rid of them.
