AVOID buying. No longer reliable.
Ordered 30th July. Nothing except automated response email acknowledging my order. Chased up after hearing nothing for 2 weeks. Automated reply. Finally get confirmation it is with Royal Mail and package is delivered incomplete. No replies to email other than automated responses. Very poor customer service. Sad to see the decline in standards.

Gone downhill will not order again:-(
Having been a loyal customer over the last few years, unfortunately the last 12 months or so have been terrible. Sizing has changed, quality has declined, despite price increases, and shipping is an absolute joke. My last 3 orders have taken 3 weeks, in the UK?! I have had multiple orders from the US in half the time. Sadly the customer service is no better, days for a response just to say thanks for your order. They don’t seem to care in the slightest. I have missed 2 birthday gifts due to delivery times despite having ordered with over 2 weeks each time. The worst thing is no communication or expectation of the long delivery. The last couple of orders I’ve said were my last and then I have given it another try but this was the final straw, another customer lost:-(

Avoid Avoid Avoid! What a crap company, shame as the clothes are excellent quality but order the wrong size and kiss your money goodbye unless you do a change back through your bank. They do not reply to emails, comment to them on Instagram and they say DM us still don’t bother replying. Will never buy from them again such a shame.had to spend an hour on the phone to the bank to get my money back.

Extremely poor, think twice before ordering
I have ordered from HSTL before and know they're not the quickest to get the items to you, so I was prepared to give them a little wiggle room. However, this time, it's been over 2 weeks, no communication on the status of the order. I contacted them and was told they were looking into it and would get back to me, but five days later I've heard nothing. Something is clearly going on at HSTL and I will not be supporting the brand from now, which is a shame, I liked their stuff.
