Ordered women’s white orthopedic shoes
Ordered women’s white orthopedic shoes. Received a pair of sandals nobody would wear in this country, maybe Bangladesh Desh. They were size 11 in men’s and badly made. I couldn’t believe my eyes!! Sent a text and Lavinia replied stating that I would get what I ordered shortly. It has been over a month again and I have not received anything and keep getting the same answer. They were shipped two months ago(the ugly men’s sandals), therefore I am not available to get my shoes. So what this company does is take your money and laughs at u!!! I did not read the reviews which I usually do so I was the dummy. Anybody who orders from this company please beware. I don’t even think they r legit. This started May of 2026 and it will be September soon.

I'm extremely happy with my order. The shoes fit exactly as they suggest so it's best to measure before you commit to your usual shoe size. I usually wear a UK 9 but ordered a UK 8 as suggested by the size guide and they fit great. As a side note, all the poor reviews I've seen are completely undeserved, the quality of product (I bought when the product was on discount but even at full price these are worth it) the size guide and the customer service were all above what was expected and really put my mind at ease. I'll be ordering again, infact I've got those Brown Aspens in my basket ha.

This company takes £10 off your refund…
This company takes £10 off your refund when you return your item. I paid £49.99 and got a refunf of £40. I paid £31.99 for another pair and got a refund of £22. Do not buy from this company. I have asked them why they are deducting £10 each time off my returns but so far no response.

Same as other reviewers on here, fell for the great offer that turns out is a scam. Google should be doing more to block these scammers from advertising Don't fall for it.

Ordered shoes 28 April 2026 it’s now Saturday 6 June 2026 still waiting they said they where delivered but since then no response ( Please do not order from this company) It’s a scam so to these Chinese 🇨🇳 people enjoy mine and every other peoples money 💰 Spend it wisely.
