Ordered 2 Hulala pieces on Amazon
Ordered 2 Hulala pieces on Amazon. One was delivered correctly and it's a nice piece of furniture. But a 60-inch TV console was sent in the wrong color (Seadrift instead of Acorn); Hulala told me to take it to FedEx to return - 112 lbs! Took 11 days and 5 attempts with FedEx to get it picked up for return. Meanwhile, I reordered the console again, but through Wayfair ($200 less). Arrived promptly - in the same WRONG color. Sending Seadrift once could have been an accident; twice, and it looks intentional. Customer service is through zendesk.com, an AI customer service agent platform, and it shows. Fake sympathy and zero real support or appreciation of my business. So now I'm spending 2x the price to another company for a different product. No More Hulala Home for me.

Very happy with my purchase of 2 barrel swivel chairs. Had wonderful help from Catherine during the order and selection process. Delivery was as planned and the gentlemen were very efficient and cordial. Chairs are a very nice leather. Would order again.

Holes didn’t line up. This was one of the most difficult pieces to put together. The doors still aren’t aligned correctly. I’ve removed my name from the email list multiple times yet I continue to receive emails daily.

The desk came quickly and was in excellent condition. It was super easy to put together as well! I love this desk and is a more attractive piece of furniture than most standing desks. The only improvement I would appreciate is if they would conceal the power cable in the side. I ended up doing this myself by drilling a whole in the cabinet but it would be so much better if they did it as part of the design. Seems like an obvious oversight.
