We had some issues with the dome panels…
We had some issues with the dome panels and i have to say, their customer service was very good! Solved the problem and new panels arrived in less then 5 days. One of the best customer services outhere.

Wonderful experience with hyperdome
I found this company about five years ago on the Internet because I wanted some kind of a dome in my back garden, I love the designs of them and in the end rang them and discussed with them what I would need. They were so helpful it was untrue. Everything came as ordered. They even gave me two Windows to put in Free. I’ve had the Dom now for five years it stood the test of the Highlands in Scotland and still going strong. I use it in every capacity from painting to gardening to having dinner with Friends it’s so strong it’s untrue. I was thinking of changing my door to the Dom and again rang them up. They couldn’t be more helpful. It’s a company that cares about their customers.

Couldn't be happier with the small hypedome we bought 6 years ago to use as a greenhouse - it's still going strong, and much admired! In fact we're about to purchase a larger one to complement it...we'll soon have our own Eden Project! Looking forward to building it at the end of the Summer - we really enjoyed building by numbers last time...it was a great community activity, and way more mindful than LEGO! 😄 Thank you!

Excellent quality, beautiful design and reliable service
I am the owner of several Hypedome domes and have been very happy with both the product and the overall quality. After having seen and compared many similar domes from other producers, my clear impression is that Hypedome stands out as the most aesthetic and well designed option on the market. The domes have a clean and elegant look, and the build quality feels solid and professional. I have used my domes for several seasons now, and they have performed very well. Cleaning, maintenance, assembly and disassembly are all intuitive and well thought out, which makes a big difference. The customer service has also been very good and reliable. I received helpful guidance for the setup, and I also appreciate the possibility of adding useful extras and add ons, such as proper doors and other features. I have the S model, which is a great size for many different purposes. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and I can highly recommend Hypedome and their products.

Obsessed is the only word we can think…
Obsessed is the only word we can think of to describe how we feel about our Grey Hypedome S. We came across this product on social media and were instantly sold. Ordering was very easy. We used the online configurator to help visualize the different components we wanted to include in our Hypedome and appreciated the upfront, no hidden fees approach to the pricing estimation. Shipped from Poland, our Hypedome arrived well packaged and within the promised shipping timeline. Assembly with two people was facilitated by a well-designed and easy to understand instruction manual. One thing I will caution you about however is…once you build your Hypedome be prepared to never use any other room in your house or other sitting area in your yard!! A definite recommend for anyone looking for a unique, versatile, robust, and exciting way to expand an outdoor living space!
