Verification and checking documents fine but beware of extra payment options, percentage calculation before sending to bank
Verification and checking documents and initial support to get bank feedback was good. But during final sanction of loan percentage they messed it up as instead of agreed extra payment (Sondertilgung) for which document was signed they processed wrong percentage and without consent they sent to bank. After processing once loan was disbursed after long waiting time, they didn't even bother to correct issue. Only when I pointed out they told again bank will take 2 months to process again and by that time owner was already blocked for Notar formalities and it was a bad experience in my point of view. The point here I want to highlight is in my case it was not handled in a customer friendly way and expected better resolution of issue.

THANK U, Luka, you’re the GOAT man
I’ve recently worked with Luka Z. on my mortgage, and fr, I couldn’t have asked for a better advisor. He’s super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely tries to help me get the best possible outcome. Fr, I really appreciated that He took a lot of time to explain things in a way that actually made sense (not just banking jargon stuff). We had sooo many back-and-forth messages and he always stayed calm and helpful. While I was waiting for my PR card (which took like days…), he already prepared everything so we could move fast afterward (I was like what you did that? 😆) He suggested a dual-application strategy to increase my chances, sth I wouldn’t have thought of at all. Also, he didn’t just say “here are the bank rates.” He actually combined the bank loan plus KfW in a really smart way, so I could get a much better deal overall. Working with Luka honestly felt like working with someone who actually cares about me and my very situation, not just about sales and KPIs. That’s rare imo. I genuinely enjoyed the process and would absolutely hope for his support again for my next project. He’s really THE GOAT I can tell u, Highly recommend him, so 10 out of 10 without a doubt.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Hypofriend. Our advisor, Tobias, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about every step of the process. The entire experience was conducted in perfect English, which made communication easy and effective. What we really loved was the honest, realistic, and knowledgeable advice provided—it was refreshing to have a no-bullshit experience versus the salesmanship experience some other services offer. I highly recommend Hypofriend to everyone! We had also initially tried an alternative service, but it was terrible compared to Hypofriend. From start to finish, Tobias exceeded our expectations and provided exceptional support. We are so glad we went with Hypofriend!
