Esperienza pessima e vergognosa. Ho acquistato una licenza a vita per l'applicazione, ma quando ho dovuto cambiare dispositivo (passando a una Fire Stick perché la mia vecchia TV non c'è più), si sono rifiutati categoricamente di trasferire il MAC Address, inventandosi scuse assurde e bloccando la chat. L'assistenza clienti è inesistente e disonesta. Aggiungo che io ho acquistato da loro ben 10 licenze in totale, e con un trattamento del genere si rischia di avere problemi ogni singolo giorno e su qualsiasi dispositivo. Soldi letteralmente buttati. Vista la scorrettezza con cui trattano i clienti onesti, nessuno in Italia dovrebbe più comprare licenze o abbonamenti da loro. State alla larga! Questo rende ancora più chiaro quanto siano inaffidabili, soprattutto per chi ha acquistato più di una licenza da loro!

I bought a lifetime activation and transferred it once, as allowed, after my original TV stopped working. I never abused or repeatedly switched the activation. Now they refuse to honor it, citing misuse by other users. I followed the rules, yet I’m the one being penalized. If they can’t provide the service I paid for, I expect a refund. The only message I get from the support: "Switching MAC activation from one device to another is disabled, for all our Ibosol apps due to repeated misuse, including lifetime activation." Scammers!

SCAM: Avoid iboplayer.
I used this app, and the player worked properly. It's well developed and functions as expected. The problem started when I tried to transfer my MAC activation to another device. The app advertises that this is possible, but when I attempted it, I received a message saying it couldn't be done. The issue is not the transfer itself, but the way support handled it. They kept replying with the exact same message every time: "Switching MAC activation from one device to another is disabled for all our Ibosol apps due to repeated misuse, including lifetime activation." No matter how many times I explained the situation, they simply copied and pasted the same response. They also refused to offer any refund or reasonable solution. Advertising a feature and then refusing to honor it is misleading. Combined with rude, unhelpful support and a complete refusal to resolve the issue, this has been a very disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs.

bought IBO Player lifetime, but stay away and find another provider lifetime means 1 screen change, so when you change your mobile you can move ibo player to your new mobile, but then it's over. so it's a scam stay away, a scam of every kind, have never been involved in anything like it in addition, a purchase only covers one device, so if you have multiple screens iphone, ipad, tv in the house you have to buy a subscription for each device, and also renew it every time you change a device, it's very expensive and a pure money machine
