Having previously owned an Android entertainment system from Icebox Auto for my Land Cruiser, I decided to upgrade. Because my experience was already so positive, I convinced my wife to pack up the car in Munich and turn the installation trip to Liverpool into a mini England tour. When I installed my first unit myself, I had endless questions—ranging from simple to stupid. Yet, every email or WhatsApp message was answered quickly and patiently, usually by the next morning. Their incredible customer focus made me really want to meet the team in person. Meeting them in Liverpool was a absolute pleasure; they are just as warm and friendly in real life as they are online. The installation took only 1.5 hours, and the new system works perfectly. I whole-heartedly recommend Icebox Auto to anyone looking to upgrade their car's entertainment system. They truly value their customers and won't let you down!

Fantastic seller with great support
Fantastic seller with great support. I fitted this myself to my range rover sport and the team at iceboxauto could not have been more helpful. Three phonecalls and a video call to show me exactly which plugs to swop over and its now all in and working - no lag, great audio and google maps at last. Can't recommend enough

Great after-sales support
Some great after-sales support from Bailey with the Android head unit I bought for my Fiesta. Needed a bit of advice on some of the settings in the head unit. Always quick to respond and will genuinely try to solve any issues. Now have Apple CarPlay on the touch screen and access to all the other Android apps. Inserting a cheap pay monthly 5GB SIM card into the unit has given me access to much more than I can get on CarPlay. Very pleased with the product and the service.

Great experience
From arrival to departure was treat very well. Very experienced staff and polite. Told installation would be around 3hrs and was completed with 30 mins to spare. Great price, would highly recommend.

Great Customer Service that alone deserves 5 Stars
So this is my second Time of getting a headunit from Iceboxauto,had a problem getting it set up,but the guys from Iceboxauto Rob and his team helped everyway they could nothing was tomuch for them and in the end got the problem sorted ....all i can say is i will be back if i ever need an headunit alot of other companies can learn from these guys what customer service should be like from start to finish these Guys are there to help
