Count the cost
Used to order from Iceyarn..the yarn in general is of good quality..but the " catch" for me living in Canada is the custom fees on top, of course,of high shipping fee..so after "doing" the maths. I decided to stop ordering from them ..for now anyway..i can buy from other stores,local..plus other sites don't charge such a custom fee..eventhough i unsuscribed they emailed me again..with their usual " big promotion" slogans..

I love Ice Yarns
I love Ice Yarns. Yes the shipping costs are high, but the price of the yarn is very low. They are very quick to ship. Alawys well packaged. Customer service is outstanding!!

When I first ordered
When I first ordered, I thought they sold it in packs of 6, but even though shipping was included, it was still cheaper than the one I bought here. I gave it a try and have been ordering from IceYarns.com for over a year now, and they never disappoint. The yarn quality is always excellent; soft, vibrant, and exactly as described. I've made everything I've ever made with Camilla Cotton. Their prices, especially for bulk purchases, are unbeatable. Despite being international, shipping is surprisingly fast, and everything is always well packaged. They delivered from Turkey to New York in just 3 days, which I was amazed by. I highly recommend it to yarn lovers!

POOR QUALITY.COLORS DO NOT MATCH
BUYER BEWARE!! This yarn is cheap for a reason. The fibers are not consistent coming off of the cake, some are extremely thin, others are fat. The photographs of the yarn on the website have been color enhanced apparently because what you receive does not match. The colors you receive are dull and flat. FORGET CUSTOMER SERVICE!! if you are lucky enough to get a reply through email, their preferred choice of communication, it will be met with an argumentative tone, disregarding your concerns. Subsequent emails, requesting refunds or exchanges will only get you surly replies. As others have said AVOID THIS COMPANY
