Do not purchase from ickle bubba
I purchased a full set from ickle bubba last year ready for my daughter’s arrival . The set came I’ve had nothing but issues with the set . The car seat was definitely unsafe wouldn’t even clip into the buggy clips to go on my buggy and was very wobbly in the car and caused my daughters chin to be digging into her chest when she was a newborn. I retuned this and got a refund this whole process took two weeks to resolve it was ridiculous. Once again I’m having issues but now with the buggy. The mechanism in the handle has gone and won’t stay up at all . I emailed and explained the situation and I made it clear that I’m in need off a buggy asap as I’ve got appointments next week. I’ve spoken to Lahara throughout this and get one response a day. Even though it could be resolved quickly. They sent me out a new frame and I’ve recieved an invoice saying I would have to wait until 11/9/2026 today is 28/8/2026 this would mean I would have to wait under two weeks to be able to use my buggy. I said in the email I am unable to wait that long for a buggy I will have to go out this weekend and purchase a new buggy that is reliable especially as ickle bubba do not have a contact number to call . With me having to go out and buy a buggy I will not need the ickle bubba one so I have said they can have it back and I’ll have a refund of the buggy but of course they email me at 4pm when they are about to finish so now I have to wait until Monday morning for a response as they are shut over the weekend. The customer service is shocking and so are the products I would not recommend this company at all. Problem after problem.

Lahra at customer service was wonderful. I had a small problem with my buggy - customer services were so easy to contact, responsive, answered so quickly and sorted the problem so swiftly. I am so appreciative

Had a slight problem with my tracking information,Lahara from the customer care instantly solved my issue and kept me updated on everything that was happening, she turned my problem into a solution and solved it with ease and understanding!
