They deducted twice for an online…
They deducted twice for an online purchase and will not reverse the one, telling me that they cant release it because its pending with the bank. now they tell me as the merchant they cant reverse the funds, I must go to the bank and do it myself, they admit to causing the error but will not fix it. Shocking service

Long story short… DO NOT USE. Rather pay more to get it elsewhere, NOT WORTH IT. No responses, incorrect information from people and website, constant broken promises. “I'll get back to you” and “confirmed” mean nothing. From my understanding, there is 1 person who works there, and she has to split her time between doing her work and stopping the other people from drinking bleach and/or licking the electrical sockets. It's so far beyond that I will never use them again and recommend any and all to stay away. It makes me question the survivability of businesses and just humanity generally. The first 7 weeks that the order was late and how they handled it convinced me never to engage with them again, but the next 5 weeks delay after that and how they handled it makes me question anyone who would engage with them. I would recommend a critical assessment when doing business with anyone who uses RS-Online, because if they do so willingly, their judgment is clearly compromised.

For a 1st time buyer from RS…
For a 1st time buyer from RS components my experience was good ( excellent) before I purchase anything online I normally check the reviews out 1st .and there was a lot of complaints and bad reviews for this company .........but i was looking for a measuring tape from the make stanley called the fat max .but the brand new one that came out .and couldn't source it anywhere and this is where this company comes into play . I Think there is a lot of misperseptions about this place . 1st it works just like if you order from Amazon US .they deduct the money from your account but it stay pending until they source the product from somewhere in the UK .so if it says on the website they have it in stock it means it needs to be imported and that takes about a week and maybe 2 day but they keep you in the loop about the process via email . I will definitely be ordering from them in the future .thanks for everyone involved

They do not support any of there products.
They do not support any of there products or give a direct technical support # for customers to resolve product issues. Only Emails which takes a full week for replies. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
