Blue Camo 6 Watch Storage Box

Purchased the Blue Camo 6 watch storage box. It was very expensive but worth every penny. It’s incredibly well made, and really striking in person. It fits my watches perfect. There’s nothing I would change or am disappointed in! I’m 100% happy that I went ahead and purchased it for my watch collection. Shipping was fast to me in Canada, it was packed with care, and the whole presentation from the moment I opened the shipping box was pure luxury! If you’re on the fence don’t hesitate.

Really disappointing

I chose you as a brand because you seem to be a serious and committed company. In the process I was never mentioned that I had to pay the taxes for the importing process. Once I was contacted I was surprised about it and after the amount I had already spent, I had to asume it and almost doubled the final price for me. It is really disappointing.

This information is stated on every product page ("Price excludes taxes"), on our shipping page, in our Terms & Conditions, and again during checkout before the order is finalized. We genuinely want to make this information as clear as possible for all customers. If you have a suggestion on where else we could display it so that it would have been more visible to you, we'd sincerely appreciate your feedback and would be happy to improve the experience. We're truly sorry to hear that the import charges came as a surprise. Unfortunately, import duties and taxes are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. While we understand that it's possible to overlook information during the ordering process, we do our best to present it in multiple places before a purchase is completed.

Custom duty notifications

All went smooth from ordering the watch to shipping to notification until receiving an email and text from DHL that they have stopped the shipment because of the unpaid duty. Duty will/must be paid by the buyer wasn’t clearly mentioned on the website while ordering and payment process. No one responded to my email to the support/customer service and then I got another DHL notification that if I don’t pay duty within five days of the first notification the shipment will be returned. Otherwise quality of the watch was great and it actually look much better in person and on the wrist than pictures.
