Absolute fraud! DO NOT USE!
I ordered a personalised metal powder coated name logo but when I received it it was mis-spelled and is Plastic!! I am absolutely appalled at the way this company has handled this issue...there is no responsibility taken, they are rude and the audacity to complain that they will lose money if they refund me! Excuse me! This company is purely out to rip people off! I have reported them to my Country's fraud watch, as well as other international authorities also, all with the permissions to share my experience with companies and/or people who may have contact with igiftree.com! I urge anyone who has had a bad experience with them to report them also... they need to be shut down!

Paid for expedited shipping on Feb 8th. It's Feb 24th now and still haven't received my order. Would not recommend. I'd leave 0 stars if I could.... Update I did receive my order and it is beautiful with no damage and exactly what I wanted. The wife loves it
