This is without a doubt one of the worst sites I’ve ever come across. The customer service, in particular, is absolutely dreadful. When you get in touch, you often just get automated replies that are of absolutely no use to you. They hardly look into your actual problem at all, and you feel like you’re constantly getting the same standard reply. What I find absolutely ridiculous is the way they handle withdrawals. You can end up having to wait 5 to 10 working days before you receive your own money. When you contact them about this, you’re given more standard replies and all sorts of promises are made. The worst thing is that they regularly make promises that ultimately aren’t kept at all. You get the feeling that, as a customer, you’re being strung along. If you then get in touch again, the whole story starts all over from the beginning. One example of this is a promised bonus of over €300, which I never actually received Good customer service should take problems seriously, communicate clearly and honour its commitments. Unfortunately, I’ve seen absolutely none of that with this site. My advice to everyone: definitely don’t play here. There are plenty of other providers where you’ll receive proper assistance and where communication and payouts are much better organised. Save yourself the frustration and hassle.

I have had a terrible experience with Igo.bet. For two months, I have been fighting to get my valid win on Mega Wheel (Round ID 155901341507008) resolved. Even with screenshot evidence showing number 30 hitting with a massive multiplier, support and their aggregator gave contradictory answers, claiming the result was '1' and refusing to honor the payout. When I tried to get answers or my full account history exported, they dragged their feet for months. Because of this poor handling and refusal to pay legitimate wins, I am closing my account and warning other players to stay away from this platform.
