5 months of excuses and NO delivery. Avoid at all costs

I placed multiple orders, but I haven't received anything for 5 months. Whenever I contact them, they just keep making up excuses like "lithium battery issues" or "customs codes," promising it will "ship soon." They take your money and never ship the products. Save your time and avoid this company completely.

Horrible product

Horrible product. Pathetic customer support. Novalink never worked and the camera hinge was broken just in few days. Despite furnishing all information and following the remote support steps, answers were just we need more info "purchase proof" - why? Isn't it your product which is just launched already full of issues. Software & hardware are pathetic. Everything mentioned in product page is a lie. Camera is worst than 10 year old phone. Speaker is like 60's radio. Software is buggy. Not to mention all the fake features they have advertised. Stay away from this company and I pity the client support people there. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Professional liars! Product does not work as advertised either!

**★☆☆☆☆ - A masterclass in how not to run a company. Featuring: fake tracking numbers, a phone that can't make calls, and the most creative lying I have ever encountered.** Where do I even begin. I backed the iKKO MindOne Pro on Kickstarter. The pitch was slick: a card-sized AI smartphone with global connectivity, banking apps, the works. Delivery promised for December 2024. It is now June 2026. Let that sink in. **The Delivery Timeline (a comedy in five acts)** - December 2024: "Almost ready!" - January 2026: "Shipping soon!" - March 2026: "Quality improvements needed!" - April 2026: "Nearly there!" - May 2026: "Within this week!" (narrator: it was not within that week) - June 2026: It finally ships. Sort of. More on that. On February 1st I received a PledgeBox "In Transit" notification. DHL Express. Tracking number 2415452502. Exciting! I checked it every day. It never moved. Not once. Because - as I discovered four months later - the actual shipment in June had a completely different tracking number. iKKO had generated a fake label in February, triggered the shipping notification, and then quietly scrapped it. They never told me. The best part? On February 10th - nine days after this fake label was created - iKKO sent me an email saying "We hope you're enjoying your MindOne Pro!" For a device I would not receive for another four months. Truly a bold move. **The DHL Customs Saga** On February 9th, iKKO emailed me to say that shipping via DHL to my address was "very likely to incur import duties." They recommended I switch to their special line shipping, which had "pre-arranged customs handling." I agreed. Sensible, right? On February 27th they emailed again to say special line was actually unavailable and DHL was "the only option." Fine. Except in the same email they quietly added that any customs duties would be "borne by the recipient." The recipient being me. For the problem they had just warned me about. Which they had just caused by switching me back to the courier they had just told me to avoid. When the phone eventually arrived in Barcelona, DHL put it on hold. Reason: "The Clearance process for this shipment is pending due to incomplete Shipper paperwork." iKKO filed bad paperwork, the shipment got stuck, and somehow this was supposed to be my €150 problem. You cannot make this up. **The Device Itself (oh yes, there's more)** Let's say - hypothetically - you get past the six-month delay, the fake tracking number, the customs disaster, and you actually have the phone in your hand. Does it work? Not really, no. SIM card and calling: widespread reports across the Kickstarter community of SIM detection failures and inability to make calls. iKKO's response to me personally was that they had "not received reports from customers in Spain." I am Icelandic and don't have a Spanish SIM. Their own support team couldn't even be bothered to check what country I was from before deploying their standard deflection. Banking apps: the device fails Google Play Integrity checks. This means banking applications - you know, one of the primary use cases they advertised - do not function. Every time I raised this, iKKO responded by talking about NFC. NFC is a hardware chip. Play Integrity is a software certification API. They are completely unrelated. Three separate emails. Three times they answered a different question. Either their support team doesn't know the difference between NFC and Play Integrity - which is terrifying for a phone manufacturer - or they know exactly what the difference is and are hoping you don't. Neither is a good look. **The Summary** Six months of broken promises. A fake shipping notification. A "enjoy your new phone!" email sent four months before the phone shipped. A customs hold caused by their own paperwork failures. A device that struggles to make calls or run banking apps. And support responses that are so deliberately evasive they border on performance art. If you are considering backing or buying an iKKO product: don't. And if you already have - document everything, screenshot every email, and contact your credit card company. You're going to need it. 1 star. Would not recommend. Would not back again. Would recommend a career change to the iKKO support team, specifically away from anything involving customer communication or telling the truth.
