Disposable product!
I bought the tonex plug about 6 month ago Also purchases an additional hard case to protect it … I never dropped the device took real care of it … Then one morning the headphone jack stopped working only getting a signal on one side amd then the device stopped responding couldn’t even shut it down!!! They claim a 2 years warranty I emails them and send them my guitar center proof of purchase and a short video of the device … they were actually wanting me to showcase how the speaker jack doesn’t work!!!! I’m a professional rhythm &Blues Soul artist & Sound engineer . You can’t talk to anyone over the phone like every tech compagny! Miserable society we live in theses day where they refuse to provide customers service and honor there warranty! Ik Sucks Big time There products are sub par and confusing software is time consuming to load and validate … You guys need to slash all your workforce and hire smarter people trash your black & white logo amd start from scratch Tonex plug sound quality is mediocre one can hear the cheap metallic headphone Power amp though the profiles … Mediocre . Don’t wast your hard earn money!

Perfect and quick support
IK Multimedia's support team resolved two issues I was having with just one very detailed email. One was related to the Wah effect in AmpliTube, and the other was regarding a product download. Top marks for their efficiency and kindness.

Never again!!!
Never again!!! I bought Amplitube 5 with interface a few years ago for 499,- € at the big T. For some reason I can only start the software in demo mode and the support is not very helpful. I should now buy the license for well over 200,- € new.

Ho acquistato da poco l'hardware arc on ear, non so se sia per tutti così, però i miei mix sono migliorati istantaneamente, soprattutto nel bilanciamento volumi e nell'equalizzazione, era da tanto che non mi trovavo così contento di un acquisto per il mixing. 5 stelle con lode
