Excellent customer service months after…
Excellent customer service months after the actual purchase. The shoulder strap of my Balenciaga bag broke and no store in the US/Balenciaga HQ was able to help. Il Duomo contacted the company directly on my behalf and mailed a new strap to me in the US! I am am very pleased!

My YSL bag has been stuck in customs…
My YSL bag has been stuck in customs for 90 days. DHL informed me that Il Duomo did not submit correct paperwork - they double priced the bag and did not include quantity. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, Il Duomo said that they cannot help. I still do not have the bag or refund or anything else. I also had to pay duties on top of that that are not refundable. Do not buy anything from this company if you are shipping it to the US.

They inform you that if you order from the store to another country, you will pay the import duties. What they didn’t tell you though is that if they send you a defective/wrong item you are STILL responsible for the import duties. Which are non refundable. I learned it a hard way. I hope you stay away.

Needed to add an item after order was placed. Alice was fast and efficient sent me a link via email for the balance payment process took minutes her English was excellent as well. Saved me €50 euro by combining shipping.
