Monthly Plan Shown, But Charged Over $400 for a Year – No Clear Billing Information and Not refunding without any reason My experience with ImagineArt has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I intended to purchase a **monthly subscription**, but the payment process showed the monthly plan while I was ultimately charged for an **annual subscription of more than $400**. What made the situation even more concerning was that I was not clearly shown the **total amount that would be charged for the yearly subscription before completing the payment**. After noticing the charge, I immediately contacted ImagineArt support and requested a refund. However, they refused to refund my money and did not provide me with a clear or satisfactory reason for rejecting my request. In my experience, the billing process was misleading. Customers should be clearly informed whether they are purchasing a monthly or yearly subscription and should be shown the **full total amount they are about to pay before the payment is completed**. I am sharing my experience to warn other customers to be extremely careful and double-check everything before making a payment. Based on my experience, what appeared to be a monthly subscription resulted in an unexpected annual charge of over $400, and I have so far been unable to receive a refund. I hope ImagineArt reviews this issue and provides a fair resolution. **Customers deserve clear pricing, transparent billing information, and a proper explanation when a refund request is denied.**

In May, their agent Shahzaib promised in writing: a downgrade to their Basic plan, a 50% refund within 24 hours, and auto-renewal switched off so I wouldn't be charged again. None of it happened. No refund arrived, no downgrade happened, and auto-renewal was never switched off — so three months later, in August, they charged me again for the full amount. I raised a formal complaint. Their support agent Suleman said it was being "treated as a priority" and that I'd get written confirmation once billing had reviewed it. That was the last real reply I got. The ticket was then auto-closed by their bot with a "rate your conversation" survey, no human ever came back with the confirmation, the refund, or anything else. I gave them a written deadline to sort it out. They let that pass too, in total silence. Two written promises made and broken on the same thread, a support system that closes tickets to make them disappear rather than resolve them, and a company that will happily take a second payment after failing to deliver on the first one's resolution. I've had to raise a chargeback with my bank to get the money back, because ImagineArt simply won't. If you're considering this for anything you rely, be aware that a written commitment from their support team means nothing.
