DO NOT BUY!!
DO NOT BUY!!! I placed an order in July which is still showing as "unfulfilled" on the website. I have sent 3 messages, no reply. Tried calling, no answer. I am so upset as it was an 80th birthday gift for my mum.

This company does not respond to…
This company does not respond to customer issues. My full order never arrived and what I had been sent was wrong. Spent a month trying to get in contact with this company. I then saw that on Companies House they (Imperial Essences Ltd) are being struck off the register. I believe they are fast selling - now through TikTok shop too - to get rid of stock before being forced into administration. They don’t care about the customers at all and treat them terribly.

Ordered a tokyo candle for an anniversary gift and it should've had a sterling silver necklace, one of two designs guaranteed. It had a stainless steel gold coloured necklace in (my partner doesnt wear gold coloured jewellery) sent an email and forgot to add pictures so the reply from them was asking for pictures. Then silence... nothing. I've replied again to chase it up and still no reply. It's been a week since I sent the images of the necklace so if they do ever get back to me and make it good I'll change my rating, but until then it's 1 star.

I LOVE the scent of the Black Raspberry…
2* - read to end I LOVE the scent of the Black Raspberry candle, such a powerful fruity scent that fills the room! I got such a cute silver and blue ring from the candle too. I’m wearing it as I type and have had compliments already! In the same order, I got a mystery candle, and I was really looking forward to revealing the ring as I’d received such a pretty ring from my Black Raspberry candle, but my excitement fizzled out when I opened the packet to reveal… the exact same ring as in my Black Raspberry candle. I can’t even give it away as I don’t know peoples ring sizes. The scent of the mystery candle was ok, nothing to write home about as it was rather baby-power scented and nowhere near as strong as the other candle. Imperial candles, perhaps keep a ledger of what rings are in what candles? I’d understand if they were in separate orders, but to order two candles at once and receive the same ring twice seems like a huge oversight in your marketing and business practice. To customers - don’t expect to get different jewellery pieces in different candles…! Just buy one and done otherwise you risk duplicates. No issues with delivery, speedy dispatch with Royal Mail. EDIT: lost a stone after a month. Not impressed with the jewellery quality. EDIT 2: lost a second stone
