Waste of money, zero support
Spent nearly $300 on an acrylic digital art piece that worked for maybe 6 months before hanging, glitching, and blacking out. I've emailed multiple times and haven't heard a peep back from them. From what I've read, I'm not the only one. Save your money - these things look amazing online, and they look amazing in person when you first unpack them - but then it turns into a laggy, glitchy paperweight.

Infinite Objects will not support their product or respond!
I purchased an art print on a infinite objects. The video now studders and is terrible to look at. I have reached out to the company via email, social media...all of their contact methods, and they will not respond. I see that they do not respond to negative reviews here either, only the positive reviews. I think they may be a scam, selling what appear to be high-end products, but making them cheaply and not responding to issue. My object completely stopped working.
My object completely stopped working. I got it about a year ago. I have reached out multiple times to customer service, every email they have, and all social media pages. They will not respond. It’s almost as if they disappeared. I’m upset because I spent $325.00 on it. I want to support this company, but they aren’t providing any customer service now, and the objects seem to only be temporary.

Unable to contact support for broken usb port on frame.
I purchased a video frame 3 months ago. The pins broke off the magnetic usb. Been trying to contact them for a month for tech support or repair. I’ve called, texted, emailed and looked for that chat icon that’s supposed to be at the bottom of their page. Cool product, but zero way to reach support after purchase.
