Most of their sources have not been…
Most of their sources have not been updated since 2023! Poor unresponsive interface, with no proper customisation of sources. I have taken out a subscription and will cancel it unless the put all their issues right. I am worried about their cancellation record but will take action against them if it does not work.

Possibly a scam: avoid The news feed is junk, they haven't replied to 5 (five!) cancellation requests and continue to suck money from my credit card. I hope they're just incompetent but worry it may be something worse....

2. Geschäftsführer Hr. Cubiz, hackt Passwörter, löscht alle Google Auftritte, stiehlt dem Kunden das Eigentum. Ein Verbrecher wie es schlimmer nicht geht, hat die Kundenexistenz innerhalb von 1 Sekunde vernichtet. Eine Unternehmensstrucktur die seit 2001 gewachsen ist. Er ist ein dreckiger Verbrecher, der wahllos falsche Rechnungen schreibt und Kunden erpresst! VORSICHT, VORSICHT UND LESEN SIE DIE SCHLECHTEN BEWERTUNGEN GENAU!! BRINGEN SIE IHRE DATEN UND INTERNETAUFTRITTE IN SICHERHEIT. BEWEISE WERDEN JEDERZEIT GERNE GELIEFERT.

I want to subscribe to inkl but their…
I want to subscribe to inkl but their web site/app are so poor that I can't! I was going to subscribe at the end of the trial but based on my recent experience and having read similar accounts from others here, I probably won't be. I received a 30% discount for life offer which was very welcome. However, when I tied to subscribe I get to a web page (app or web) headed "what you need to know". When I click on the "OK I've got it" button, the page just refreshes, I've tried this on multiple browsers and multiple devices with the same result. I've mailed the contact us email address and suzy. My emails remain unanswered. Why should I waste my time and money on an unreliable service?

Generally the content is ok but useless service
Generally the content is ok but I use mostly on an iPad Mini and the layout is poor. So contacted them to cancel the subscription and this was received, gave my feedback on request and confirmed the subscription was cancelled. However, the money went out on Monday and they are now ignoring my emails. Wont be trying them again and now having to go through my bank to cancel.
