My experience sadly has been very negative. I Purchased a Mc book air which worked excellent for 4--5 to months. Then it started to 'glitch' on the screen. Then the screen started to go blank. I contacted them. Support was helpful, until the laptop reached back to Inrego. They 1st gave me faulty reasons blaming it on the body damage ( on the corner of keyboard side), which I explained that it had nothing to do with the screen, and the laptop worked perfectly well for many months after that hit to the side corner happened. After insistence from my side to go for accurate technical insistence, they shifted the blame to screen break on the side. They offered no repair option or no reimbursement. What I would say: 1. The parts which possibly Inrego uses ( during refurbishing) are probably not genuine or very low quality. In my case it was the SCREEN+ Charger ( which could be a hazard, as it warmed up and melted). Disclaimer: Other than that as long as the laptop worked, processing wise, it worked very good, but sadly it was a disappointing experience due to cheap parts used that degraded after 6 months of use. Since, they are taking no responsibility, I have asked them to send me back the laptop and I am taking matters further through other legal channels.

Excellent re-used hardware
The company doesn't have a lot of different types of hardware, because it's all dependent on what comes in. But the stock they do have are very reasonable priced and are in pretty good condition. The delivery was really quick and the laptop was securely stowed in the package, arriving without any damage. It's a niche service, but I would recommend it if they have a product that suit your needs.
