My favorite platform so far providing access to real estate projects
I am so happy that I found out about this platform from one of the investment consultants a few years ago. I have been investing in real estate projects on this platform since then, and have recommended it to a few people who are now happy investors with the InRento platform as well. Thanks to this platform, there is no need to have large amounts of money to invest in a property, and there is a stable, passive income unless you choose to reinvest. I really appreciate the platform's rather conservative approach to selecting real estate projects and prioritising risk management and asset security, which yields results. There are no defaulted projects on the InRento platform, unlike on a few other platforms I've used before. Also, the team puts effort into diversifying projects by expanding into other EU countries. Additionally, they have great customer support and investor relations people who are both responsive and dedicated to their work. Finally, this platform has been recognised continuously for excellence in the European Fintech Awards as #1 Investment Tech of the Year, and is licenced and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania, which adds additional credibility. Très bonne expérience avec InRento. C’est une plateforme de crowdfunding immobilier sérieuse et bien organisée. Les projets sont clairs, les informations sont transparentes et les paiements sont réguliers. La rentabilité est au rendez-vous et correspond à ce qui est annoncé. Comparé à d’autres investissements du même type, InRento se distingue par une meilleure stabilité et un bon suivi des projets. L’interface est simple à utiliser et la communication avec les investisseurs est professionnelle. Pour moi, c’est une excellente plateforme de crowdfunding immobilier que je recommande aux personnes qui souhaitent diversifier leurs investissements.
